Three years ago, the Defenders team destroyed the Mad Titan, and the Titan City ushered in the dawn of reconstruction. But the nanoworms pouring out of the Titan's core and the strange red mist are all fatal foreshadowings laid by Blitz. Three years later, abnormal energy signals tore through the peace of the reconstruction area. Evolved biochemical monsters emerged from the ground, and even more terrifying Titan-class weapons were about to be reborn. The former four-man team gathered again. This time, they wanted to tear apart Blitz's scam and end the biochemical catastrophe that started in Giant City.
