Lin Mu's Story

In 2046 AD, Lin Mu, a memory organizer in New Shanghai, discovered that his ordinary life was a sophisticated scam when mankind's most ambitious "Stargate Project" was about to succeed. The truth about his parents' "accidental death" during a space experiment ten years ago was intertwined with the strange dreams he repeated every night; an abnormal memory fragment that should not have appeared completely tore his peaceful life apart. When the shadowy hand of the memory archive reaches out to him, and when the whispers of the universe behind the star gate become clearer and clearer, Lin Mu discovers that his own existence itself is actually the last key for mankind to cross the stars.
