Restarting Civilization in the End of the World

Chen Mu was just one of the cannon fodder selected by the vote. When he stepped into the monster-infested ruins, he just wanted to survive. Until he found the skeleton of a scientist and a line of last words carved on the ground: "They're not mutations, they're evolution." In the silver box he carried with him, twelve glowing serums and a PDA pointing to the secret at the core of the fortress suddenly became something more terrifying than a monster.
