Immortal Lord of the Age of Declining Dharma

In the Age of Declining Dharma, spiritual energy was depleted, but Li Yan became an immortal by devouring demons and ghosts.

Ghosts, evil spirits, specters, fiends, demons, calamities, and misfortunes: these sinister monsters and ghosts ran rampant at the end of the Age of Declining Dharma, just as the tide of spiritual energy was about to return.

Ordinary people had to contend with both the boundless greed of corrupt officials and the persecution of evil spirits.

Li Yan, an ordinary cultivator of the Age of Declining Dharma, carried a Yazi blade and possessed peerless Daoist arts. He chanted, “The celestial immortal must have been drunk with joy, kneading the white clouds into pieces.”

But all he sought was to slay demons and exorcise evil.
