Dreaming of Death

I saw a stranger in my dream. The stranger mentioned his name and phone number. When I woke up and called the phone number, he was actually there and the person in the dream had just died. Is this a ghost or some other man-made conspiracy? What's even more frightening is that when you make that call, death is already approaching and you will die within seven days.
