The Laid-Off Programmer Turns the Tables and Buys the Company

A 42-year-old programmer was callously discarded by his company. After three years without a job, his marriage fell apart and he was left a million yuan in debt. He swallowed his pride and started over from scratch, creating social media content, writing novels, finding his path in the stock market, and then investing in businesses. He moved into the capital markets and ultimately turned the tables, acquiring the very company that had laid him off and completing an astonishing reversal of fortunes.
