When Everything Is Unnamed: an Illustrated Guide to Life in the Wasteland

All things have no names, but I set up a biography for them. After the collapse of civilization, steel turned to rust, and radiation caused crystal clusters to form, distorting not only the earth, but also life itself. I may be the last person in this wasteland who remembers what an "ecologist" is. My weapons are not guns, but a broken notebook from the old world; my mission is not to conquer, but to understand. I don't hunt those mutant beings called "monsters" - I just observe, record, and try to have conversations. Sharing body temperature with the crystalline vines that absorb radiation, exchanging sorrow with the "leafies" that carry the fragments of human memory, and helping the "guardians" who live in symbiosis with the mechanical debris to find meaning... My notes are becoming the first "Rebirth Cohabitation Agreement" in this dead world. When the scavenger army held high the flame of "purification", I chose to turn to the last page of the note. There is no blueprint for a doomsday weapon, only a line of forgotten truth written there: "True strength is never alone. Life regains its name through connection."
