The People's Lawyer: Revenge, By the Book

The premise of this type of novel is that the court is objective, impartial, absolutely neutral and makes judgments in accordance with the law, otherwise it would be impossible to write:)

I believe you have felt it as the protagonist. In his previous life, he was the chief legal officer of a top company and never failed to do anything. He never expected that traveling to a parallel world would happen to him and he would also obtain a system. In the first case, when you went to a mountain village to look for a child but could not open the door, the accompanying 985 graduates could actually climb over the walls and unlock the door. You were amazed. When you were leaving, you met a villager who obtained a key evidence IOU. You lamented how lucky you were to win. In the second case, you were sure that there was something wrong with the teacher. As expected of the chief legal officer, you hit the nail on the head. You just asked the teacher to record the video, but you didn't expect to get an unexpected result. This also planted a seed of doubt in your heart. Brother, you are very happy. When you learned in prison that the defendant turned out to be an orphan, you got clues about his accent, and went to the welfare home to investigate and uncovered the human trafficker deal. The defendant was also abducted by human traffickers. You determined the defendant's birthplace and drove two thousand miles to Lianshan County. You had a premonition that you were going to find it. Sure enough, you succeeded. You were a little happy and a little sad. During this trip, we not only obtained the defendant's household register and learned her true age, but also found her biological mother. As long as the DNA comparison is successful, the case will be stable. During the process, I accidentally learned that the defendant had thrown his stepfather's child into the mountains, and then hung two bricks on the feet of the defendant who was strangled by a rope. In three days, you found a family for the child who was abducted 12 years ago. You can't believe it. It went so smoothly. It was all such a coincidence. You looked at the sky and lamented that this case was only one step away from victory. You also knew that there were two invisible hands controlling you to move forward, leading you to a destination that had been prepared long ago. You might just be a tool to please that person, so you raised your middle finger to the sky (the author).

The overall shortcomings are obvious: the rhythm of many cases is unbalanced, a lot of space is filled with water, the settings and endings of some cases forcefully round out the plot, and the logic cannot withstand scrutiny. Second Case: Child Stealing Case The core of the case is the husband and wife fighting for the child, and the man intends to take the child away using seemingly "legal" means, which is the so-called "legal child stealing" in the book. The core conflict of this case itself is not big, but the author has forced it into more than ten chapters. A large number of repeated dialogues, character pulls, repeated psychological dramas, and irrelevant foreshadowing fill the space. The main plot advances very slowly, and the impression is that the word count is too long. Moreover, the subject matter itself is very sensitive, and the repeated game surrounding kidnapping is protracted and long-winded, making it depressing and boring to read. Contradictions that could have been covered in one or two chapters have been broken down and stretched. Many paragraphs have no substantive information and are simply made up of chapters. The third case: Juvenile Criminal Case The early stage is full of foreshadowing, exaggerating the bad circumstances of the case. Readers expect that the protagonist will be tough, ruthlessly investigate the responsibility of the juvenile murderer, and fight the case to the end. But it didn't work out at the end of the writing. I directly used the settings to modify the age and verify the real household registration, and it turned out that the murderer was actually an adult. This resulted in a very serious anticlimax: all the previous conflicts regarding the minors protection law and minor crimes were invalidated. Instead of relying on evidence and court arguments to win, the core setting of the murderer's age is directly modified to resolve the conflict. The dramatic tension foreshadowed in the past directly collapses, and the legal confrontation that the readers expected was completely in vain. It is a deus ex machina ending. Summary of the overall shortcomings 1. The quality of the cases is unstable: some cases are short and smooth; but the key cases like to fill in crazily, with large sections of invalid dialogue repeated, and the chapters are lengthened. 2. The plot is often forcibly reversed: when encountering a stuck point that cannot be written on, instead of relying on trial logic and evidence chain to solve the problem, basic settings such as character background and age are changed to force the ending, which feels very fake. 3. Suspension of legal settings: Many so-called "legal operations" simply do not work in reality. They are fantasy laws in Internet literature and cannot withstand careful investigation. A simple sentence: It is a cool story, but some long-form cases are seriously watered down. The third case was forced to end by changing the age of the characters, and all the foreshadowing was in vain.

I've stolen so many chapters from the kid, and I haven't even started yet! Riddler all the way! The plot is outrageous! According to the situation in 2002! Dare to call the police station? Find out more about picking quarrels and provoking trouble! Are they all about the incompetence of the police? Do you know how dark it was back then?

Directly screening readers, saying two pages over and over in one sentence, I was really speechless. I only missed three of them just for the text, and the plot advanced on whether to steal children, why to steal children, and the legality of stealing children. I was so speechless.

I was a little disappointed. I thought that I could actually be sentenced to death because I was over 16 years old, had normal cognition, had a bad attitude, and had no conditions for repentance and reform. However, it turned out that I had to prove that I was over 18 in a roundabout way. I couldn't even imagine it after reading a novel. What's the difference between it and me going to see a case?

This kind of subject matter cannot be substituted at all. My dear sister, the judge will let you argue your case, and I will judge mine. No matter how cool the article is, it will only bring to mind the disgusting reality of the law.

Have you ever written female videos before? Luo Li, what are you talking about in a few sentences, back and forth? You have such talent and you still write a long novel? Just go ahead and write a short article and pair it with a random video. Isn't it better to pay for it than if you're exhausted and still have enough words?

Isn't it just a machine that reads legal provisions? The final result is in the hands of the judge. In fact, there is no need to litigate at all.

Mainly, how are cases like this decided in reality? Search a lot online. If you can't bring it in, you will leave first and look at the next one. No matter how good your lawyer is at arguing. Can it be compared to his direct judgment?
