Shenzhou Bookstore

2010, Summer. Lu Chenzhou, a fourth-year college student, stood at a crossroads in his life and felt deeply confused. The classmates around him were taking postgraduate entrance examinations and applying for jobs, but he was the only one, like a ship without a rudder, drifting with the tide in the ocean called "the future". He was labeled a "waste", with mediocre grades, a pale resume, and no enthusiasm for anything. His only hobby was hanging out in second-hand bookstores and reading musty books that had nothing to do with his major.
