I Simulate the Rise of Civilization in a Text Game

In the God game routine, the protagonist clicks on the computer and can only see text, while the game world is actually running. This kind of novel requires the author to make the story interesting. After all, the protagonist has almost no performance, and this article is well written From simple to complex, the early operation is not complicated, a pure word game, and in the middle and late stages, it starts to move towards civilization and stars And the author dares to write dead characters. The most annoying thing about this kind of novel is that he dare not write dead people. None of the main supporting characters die. Even if an ordinary NPC is injured or sick, the protagonist will feel distressed. However, the hero dies at the beginning of this article, and then half of the tribe dies when the dragon disaster is triggered. The game difficulty is written down and the program effect is written out As for enemies, it is currently written as a single player (hopefully it will be maintained in the future). The enemies are different NPC civilizations encountered during exploration, and various events are triggered by settlement in each round, such as friendship, declaration of war, and trade (Civilization 6 panel) My personal suggestion is to continue to write in a single-player way, and don't write about other players, because most authors can't grasp it. Either the other players are written too SB, or the protagonist is written as SB in a comparison, and in the stand-alone writing method, the protagonist can operate at will and no one complains In addition, don't engage in things that are too ultra-gamey such as saving files and loading files. The game world is interesting only when it is a real different world. As for cheating and gameplay, readers can accept that NPCs are explored infinitely, and various events only appear after the actions of the protagonist In summary, it is an interesting single-player group portrait article, playing a Civilization Stars game in the form of word games. The author has a good grasp of it, dares to die for NPCs, and various NPC events are also very interesting

It's pretty good, but humans have seen too much. Our human race only has the blessing of the Great Emperor, and we all play games (including other similar themes, such as Golden Finger, Time Travel...). Why don't we try to play other races? It's still a game anyway.

Fighting all the time 😐 I originally thought it would be a development-oriented story, but it turns out that the whole chapter is basically about fighting.

Not bad, very interesting. Come on, author.

You should be able to keep this pace and not crash. It's best to stay alone. I don't think I can control the Internet. Come on.

The main character's name looks so weird, it always feels like Lao Ganma

Interesting. It seems that there is no saving and reading mechanism, I hope it can be maintained.

It's very beautiful. I like this kind of subject matter. There are no frustrating things. The description is also relatively good. It's a pity that I found this book too early. There are so few new ones.

From the first sprouts of life underwater... To the giant beasts of the Stone Age. To the first time humans walked upright, you've experienced a lot. Now, begin your greatest exploration yet: from the cradle of early civilization to the vastness of the stars. From your humble beginnings, you have demonstrated extraordinary growth. From bronze to steel, rule with horses and swords. , The sky begins to explain its secrets, the universe excites us, and the stars guide us to exotic shores. From the barrel of a rifle to the fireworks in the sky, new dynamics are constantly being created. Even the quiet words in newly printed books and periodicals contain huge changes. The world, once large and mysterious, has become smaller and more familiar. Yet there are always problems to be solved, beliefs to be tested, and national identities to be formed. You built many cities out of stone and witnessed the rise and fall of early empires. Soon you will be standing beneath the castle's towering spire, flanked by your brave knight. The story about your people will start from here. Like a young apprentice learning to hold a sword, you will gradually learn your place in the world. The constant hum of machines, the acrid smell of smoke, and the ashes and soot that obscure your view are signs of the changing times. The lure of scientific and cultural advancement is what drives your kingdom forward. Now, your challenge is to maintain the delicate balance between Earth and humanity, peace and war. First of all, there are many legends about flying men. Today, you are at the tipping point where these legends become reality. Through flight and new means of communication, you can create a small, intimate world. But at what cost? Global conflicts arise from different understandings of how to rule and how to survive. In this increasingly noisy intellectual debate, you must choose your own path. Newly discovered areas expand our knowledge, from tiny atoms to the vastness of outer space. We are closer to the truth than at any time in history, far beyond our comprehension. You need to choose how to use this knowledge to fight back an unprecedented darkness. The information world is in the palm of your hand, and instant communication networks are spread all over the world. However, there is no unified view of the future. We are constantly competing technologically, culturally and politically. We have deadly weapons that could destroy our entire planet. Lead us to move forward carefully but boldly to build a global community for the future. This world contains more miracles than could be conceived in the dreams of ancient prophets, and the horrors of disasters cannot be described by apocalypse. The world not only has machines with self-awareness, but also brand-new things that weave dreamy wonderland. Choices made long ago will have momentous consequences in this era, and they require unwavering answers. Go forth and realize your vision of the future of civilization.

In the word game version of Civilization 6, the protagonist becomes a god (player), issues an oracle (turn operation), and promotes hero leaders to lead the development of civilization. A very good start, with heroes willing to die. At the same time, the whole world completely revolves around the protagonist. The protagonist is from the tribal era, so the NPC forces encountered during the surrounding exploration are also from the tribal era. The protagonist is in the city-state era, and the surroundings are also in the city-state era If the protagonist does not take a turn, nothing will happen during this period. As soon as the protagonist passes the turn, the events of the next turn will be triggered immediately But the author intentionally or unintentionally wants to break the balance between reality and the game. For example, the traveling businessman can break the fourth wall and call the protagonist a god. The protagonist can also obtain items from the game and withdraw them into reality But this behavior is not good. Once it continues to elevate the status of the protagonist, it will not dare to let the protagonist suffer. For example, the author will not dare to write the follow-up of the dead hero at the beginning. Secondly, the protagonist's identity as a player is very strong, but he is not strong enough to be liquidated like a god. Instead, he encounters a disaster and has to turn to an NPC like a traveling merchant to actively help the protagonist through the disaster. It's very awkward to watch. In Chapter 77, the author tried to write about NPC forces based on real countries, which made me give up directly. The author has ideas and settings, but he can only pile up the settings It is said to simulate the development of civilization, but in fact there is no normal scientific research process of technology trees at all, and almost the entire process relies on divine inspiration. It is said to be the development of the times, but in terms of performance: with the guide, it is the age of navigation, and with the gun, it is the age of hot weapons. But there is only this one technology, and there are no other supporting technologies. The writing is very weak, even to the point where the whole plot is about war + gods.
