Aliens invaded, and mankind's "Project Fire" was launched. The rich, powerful, and talented people all fled the earth, leaving only the scum, criminals, and the poor at the bottom to fend for themselves on the earth. Thirteen years later, they came back to "liberate" the Earth, which they thought was controlled by aliens.
