Through the life course and life ups and downs of seven children, including Xiao Qingfang, Xiao Yaying, Chen Manjuan, Feng Qunying, Chen Yujuan, Xiao Jinfeng and Xiao Xiafen, who grew up in Neemshuwan, a rural area in the south of the Yangtze River, in the past 20 years since the 1990s, it focuses on showing people's yearning and pursuit of a better and happy life after the reform and opening up, and at the same time triggers thoughts on kindness, love and tolerance in human nature.
