Venus Archeology

Introduction to Venus Archeology Venus archeology is not an on-site excavation, but a research activity that explores whether life or civilization existed on Venus by interpreting detector data and analyzing suspected ruins. Its research objects are divided into two categories: First, traces of planetary evolution. Scientists have reanalyzed the water content and geological history of Venus through "archaeology" of detection data from the space race of the last century. Some studies have pointed out that the clouds of Venus account for 62% of hydrates, and the high-altitude clouds may have had the conditions for life to survive; but other studies have analyzed volcanic gases and concluded that the interior of Venus is extremely dry and liquid water has never existed. The second is a suspected civilization relic. In 1989, radar images returned by Soviet probes showed that there were 20,000 pyramid buildings arranged in a wheel shape on the surface of Venus. The center was a metropolis, connected by radial roads. The buildings had no doors or windows, and it was speculated that they relied on an underground passage system. Some people believe that this is the remnant of an intelligent civilization 8 million years ago, and it is related to the "Human Face Stone" on Mars, suggesting that ancient civilizations in the solar system may be interconnected. The research is controversial: the extreme surface environment (465°C high temperature, 92 times the earth's atmospheric pressure, sulfuric acid clouds) makes the origin of the ruins questionable, and some people think it is a geological coincidence. However, some climate models show that Venus may have had a mild period, providing support for the civilization hypothesis. Venus archeology not only explores clues to extraterrestrial life, but also provides warnings for the earth to deal with the greenhouse effect by deducing drastic changes in its environment.
