The New Law Scene: a Black Fan's Experience in the Northern Song Dynasty

Wenyuan, a black fan of Wang Anshitou, was killed when he was hit by an out-of-control van while exchanging comments with netizen "Wang Jinggong". He met the resurrection standards of the Space and Time Administration and was able to apply for resurrection. The mission of the resurrection is to return to Yin County in the seventh year of Qingli in the Northern Song Dynasty and witness Wang Anshi's entire process from local governance to leading national reforms until the end of his life, and he was not allowed to quit midway. For more than thirty years since then, he and Wang Anshi have always been together from Yin County to Bianjing and then to Jiangning. In Yinxian County, he witnessed Wang Anshi rectifying officialdom, building water conservancy projects, establishing county schools, and trying out the "Young Seedling Method." When he arrived in Bianjing, he witnessed the great changes of the Xining Reform. The Green Miao, Recruitment, Market Change, Baojia, and Sanshe laws were implemented one after another, and he personally experienced the ups and downs of this reform. Over the years, he gradually understood the ardent original intention of a lonely reformer.
