Heaviness and Perseverance

Yu Zemin, a Chinese young man, arrived in Hungary in 1991 due to the visa-free policy. He was unemployed, lost in love, living in poverty, and had no relatives. During his stay, he met the publisher János, entered a literary salon, and unexpectedly got an opportunity to start a translation career. Self-taught Hungarian, started from scratch, and used word-for-word translation of Laszlo's works as a breakthrough to delve into the world of literature. He persevered in loneliness, worked hard in hardship, and became the only translator of Laszlo in the Chinese world. When others were struggling to make a living, he used words to connect China and Hungary, allowing the works of hundreds of writers to enter China. After thirty years of perseverance, the world will finally see it when the Nobel Prize for Literature is announced in 2025. From a poor boy to a Nobel Prize winner with a Chinese voice, he spent time accumulating an extraordinary life.
