Permafrost: from Ruins to Legend

The world fell silent in nuclear winter. The surface temperature is minus 40 degrees all year round. The former city is covered in ice shells and radioactive dust. The only remaining humans huddle in underground shelters or deep in the ruins to survive. Resources are exhausted, electricity is cut off, and the civilization of the old era completely collapses. Mutated creatures were born in the extreme cold and radiation, wandering in the wind and snow, hunting all living creatures. The survivors formed small communities, surviving by collecting frozen supplies and hunting mutant beasts, and were as wary of each other as enemies. There are no superpowers, no system prompts, no prediction of rebirth - just breathing, hunger, cold and death. My name is Chen Mo. I have lived for thirty-seven years and watched my son die of pneumonia and my wife disappear in the snowstorm.
