Returning to the Demon Immortal Realm as a Nascent Soul

My name is Chen Zifeng.

I was once a rogue cultivator in the Demon Immortal Realm. By a twist of fate, I obtained the complete inheritance of an extinct sect, and thanks to this opportunity, cultivated to the Half-Immortal Realm. Unfortunately, three Heavenly Masters pursued me, and I was no match for them. Driven by a fanatical obsession, I carried the remains of my twelve personal guards. To keep the sect’s treasures from falling into someone else’s hands, I had no choice but to defy the Heavenly Dao. Using the only Wheel-Turning Treasure Bone in existence, I opened a rift between the Demon Immortal Realm and the mortal world. The Wheel-Turning Treasure Bone shattered into pieces in the process.

I later found a cave to hide in, and spent all the spiritual power I had accumulated in my life concealing it. My obsession kept me there as a soul, waiting for the person I had been searching for.

A hundred thousand years later, a young man named Li Moyou appeared. He was the one I had been waiting for. Bullied at school, he fell into the cave and was left on the brink of death. After swearing an oath to protect his younger sister with his life, he willingly let me possess him. From then on, I would live on in his body and protect his sister. But with spiritual energy dwindling in the mortal world and the power of the stars growing strong, I had no choice but to cultivate a technique I had obtained by chance: the Starcloud Art.

Once I reach the Nascent Soul Realm and find a way to repair the Wheel-Turning Treasure Bone, I will return to the Demon Immortal Realm and kill my way through…
