Pu Daoguan's Story About Patrolling Demons and Subduing Demons

During the Zhenguan period of the Tang Dynasty, demons were everywhere and ghosts roamed during the day. Pu Qingxuan, a seventeen-year-old young Taoist priest, was ordered by Emperor Taizong to patrol the world with the Seven-Star Demon-Slaying Sword and the Tai Chi Bagua Mirror.
