They all say that superpowers are gifts from God, and the owner is the darling of the world. I used to believe it was true, until an accident occurred, and I discovered that my "gift" was a strange thing - Devouring. I devoured my neighbor's water power, and from then on I could control water into a blade; I devoured the strong man's thunderstorm talent, and from then on I caused thunder in the sky. When more and more people discovered that their abilities would disappear out of thin air, and when major forces began to track down the "ability thieves", they realized that the ordinary person who had been ignored was already at the top of the food chain, ready to swallow the whole world in one bite.
