Abyss Express

I inherited my grandfather's post station, which specializes in receiving express delivery from the underworld. On the night of July 15th, a headless ghost delivered a beating heart. That night, wild dogs howled throughout the town, and all the mirrors reflected the same grimace. The last page of my grandfather's notes read: "When He comes, close the door and don't look at the moon." But when I looked up, the moon had cracked open with a bloody seam.
