Rain Embers

The rain never stops. In this river and lake, rain is more like pus dripping from the sky. The filth on the ground could not be washed away, but the smell of blood and rust was mixed together, seeping into the soil, soaking into the cracks of the rocks, and soaking the bones of those who had not been buried.
