I Serve as a Divine Envoy in Latin America

Haiti.

The beautiful nation’s backyard. A dictator’s money-making machine. The basement of human civilization, an earthly hell offered up to the demon Satan.

In the winter of 1956, a storm at sea brought Zhou Li, who had transmigrated, to this island nation teeming with cannibals.

Tanks have no rearview mirrors. Guns and cannons don’t care who they hit. And the language is different.

In this chaotic, cannibalistic country, you either become food or claw your way to the top!

In the eyes of the Haitian people, he is the divine emissary sent from the East by the Voodoo Cult to save them.

He is a parasite sucking the beautiful nation dry.

He is an infamous dictator on the international stage.

In truth, he is just a magician.

Standing behind the beautiful nation, he raises his arms and cries out:

“I have a dream!”
