Cultivating Immortality Through Merit, Starting with Creating People in a Cave-Heaven

I really accepted the current literature on cultivating immortals and lost all the roots of "Yin Yang and Five Elements"! Obviously, in the view of our ancestors on cultivating immortality, "the human body itself is a collection of yin and yang and the five elements" is the core - qi and blood correspond to the flow of the five elements, and the meridians coincide with the balance of yin and yang. Even a mortal can slowly open the door to cultivating immortality by regulating the mind, refining the body, and nourishing qi. This is the Eastern romance that "everyone can cultivate immortality". As a result, the current literature is not good. It insists on using the shell of "spiritual root" and makes it the only ticket to cultivating immortality. No spiritual roots? Then you can't even touch the threshold, no matter how harmonious the five elements are in your body or how tenacious your mind is, there is no chance. What's even more outrageous is that the "spiritual root" is written more and more like the "power of elements" in the West. The golden spiritual root can only control metals, and the wooden spiritual root can only stimulate the growth of plants, turning the all-encompassing cultivation of immortality into a simple and crude "element classification game". This is a good local cultivating immortality, but it has been modified so that it no longer has the flavor of "exploiting potential from oneself".
