He planned bombings, carried out assassinations, and was the source of all chaos. Levi (codename Paladin) is the elite captain of the official organization UGC. He helps the weak, abides by the law, and is the embodiment of radiant justice. But the system he is loyal to is conducting dirty transactions in the shadows that he cannot see. They are mirror-image enemies, walking on two completely opposite paths, but running towards the "justice" they firmly believe in. The gears of fate began to turn.
