My name is Chen Ke and I am an ordinary student. Originally I was going to be like most people: Graduation, work, marriage and children, until old age, walking through this life normally. However, on that rainy night, my life trajectory was completely rewritten by an accident. When the other side of the world that is rarely known is slowly revealed in front of me: Man-eating ghouls, the nine-tailed fox in ancient mythology, out-of-control and dangerous extraordinary beings, and the indescribable existences in the forbidden book... Where should I go from here? In order not to settle for the ordinary, in order to protect the things I cherish around me, and even more so in order to reveal the mystery of the world.
