A Century of Ups and Downs

Taking the four generations of the Ye family in rural Shanxi as a microcosm, it spans a century of great changes in modern China. From my father's financial ups and downs, my father's suffering in the salt pond, to my strong survival, the story tells the story of the struggle and tenacity of ordinary people in the torrent of the times. They have been pushed back by history, but they always find dignity and a way out between land and change. This is a civilian epic about family memory, survival wisdom and life resilience.
