I Asked You to Sell Popsicles, and Now You're Building Up the Nation's Industry?

[Period Fiction, Entrepreneurship, Everyday Life, Business Battles] In Time magazine, entrepreneur Su Qingfeng was once described this way: “Today, in socialist China, we finally have an entrepreneur who understands how consumers think and knows how to sell in the marketplace.” On CCTV’s interview program Face to Face, Su Qingfeng was described like this: “He is both an entrepreneur rooted among the people and an opportunist who stirs up public opinion. He treats experience as gospel and rules as worthless. To ordinary people, he is as warm as a spring breeze; in business battles, he is as cold as the depths of winter. He is a standard-bearer for national brands, and a madman who scorns the rules.” … He was one of the greatest entrepreneurs of the twenty-first century. The first person to hold the title of China’s richest man on the Forbes list for consecutive years. The thing people remember most about his company’s products is their slogan: “We don’t produce water. We’re just nature’s porters.”
