The Coal Baron's Son Becomes a Director: Trust My Taste

Lin Yu, a director of online dramas, is reborn as a directing student at the Beijing Film Academy. As graduation approaches, he discovers that he is the son of a coal magnate and has inherited assets worth tens of billions from his family. He had planned to make a short, artsy drama for graduation and bring his directing career to a close. But now that he has deep pockets, making just a short drama seems like a waste. After years of experience in the online drama industry in his previous life, he already knows what the people behind the screens want to watch. Then he meets Da Mimi, and Lin Yu tears up the original script on the spot, telling his roommate to write a new one. Da Mimi's short drama Catwoman has no acting? Then why are you glued to the screen? Wait, don't lick it! Liu Tianxian's remake of Batman has no sense of justice? Then why are you taking screenshots of every frame? Liu Yan's remake of Aquaman is too vulgar? Are you allergic to elegance? Can't you even handle this little test? Xu Dongdong's remake of Wonder Woman gets such low ratings from you, yet every theater showing it is packed? Movie fans: “Director Lin, please stop making films. We can't even afford our medicine anymore!”
