Out-of-Work Veterinarian? I’ll Create an Army of Divine Beasts Instead

After veterinarian Su Ran insists on treating a stray cat, he angers a wealthy client and is maliciously fired. Burdened with debt, he returns to his family’s small animal shelter, which is on the verge of closing. Just when all hope seems lost, he obtains a [Cell Editor for All Things], which lets him freely edit the genetic sequences of any living creature! No money to keep the place running? He casually creates a “Clean Slime” that devours trash and excretes bioenergy, turning the shelter into a perpetual-motion machine! An animal is gravely ill? Regrowing severed limbs and eliminating cancer are routine procedures for him! Someone comes looking for trouble? Newton, the orange cat he created, has an IQ comparable to Einstein’s. It hacks into their company and drives it into bankruptcy! While his competitors are still relying on traditional methods, Su Ran has begun editing his own cells, making himself a saint in the flesh. When a mysterious organization of superhumans comes knocking, they discover to their horror that the dog guarding the shelter is Cerberus, the koi in the pond is a Leviathan, and Su Ran is in the backyard feeding milk to a hungry baby Cthulhu.
