Three fellow Guangdong people met on the streets of Chengdu after they failed to start their own businesses in their respective industries. Relying on the secret recipe of roast goose inherited from Xu Zhiming's family and the complementary skills (products, engineering, and marketing) of the three people, starting from a street stall, they overcame many difficulties such as urban management, funding, taste localization, supply chain, management, and capital temptation, and built "Guangwei Roast Goose" into an urban gourmet business card that combines the essence of Cantonese cuisine and Sichuan style.
