I think daily life is still a modifier, and cannot be a guest-centered one.

The main plot of Two and a Half begins in Chapter 20. The main plot is mainly about the American police and Two and a Half. I suggest letting the character of Rose fade away. No matter whether she is beautiful or rich, it is uncomfortable to see half a mental patient in the protagonist's life. We cannot let the protagonist arrange for her to die in the end. The author should find a way to move to another state or find a case to end it.

TV dramas can be acted like that because many things can be explained through pictures and performances. But the descriptions in your novel are too cumbersome, and there are too many explanations. It's too clumsy to explain everything. My personal opinion does not represent anyone else's.
