Apocalyptic Superpower Reorganization

After the destruction of the earth by nuclear weapons, mankind awakens to supernatural powers. People with superpowers will survive in the apocalypse, while those mutated humans without superpowers can only be controlled by people with superpowers. In this context, there are also many people with super powers who are scattered around the world in order to survive. They are independent and do not associate with those superpower organizations. They rarely have compassion and save humans without super powers. Among this group of people is the male protagonist Yi Ning. He possesses supernatural powers and can control plants and makes a living by sucking the energy of plants. But behind this seemingly peaceful world, there is a "transcendental" organization that is hunting and killing people with supernatural powers everywhere. In order to get a chance of survival, the heroine decided to fight back and went with several strangers with supernatural powers to find the "transcendental" organization and carry out a desperate counterattack.
