In a world divided into five levels and wrapped in tornadoes, it is not completely open. The protagonist Tofi (an anthropomorphic flying dragon) belongs to the flying dragon clan and lives on the second floor. He was mistakenly identified as a sacrificial class (second only to the king) by the fortune tellers who came down from the first level. He was a world class. He was cursed by an ancestor when he was learning sacrificial rituals, which meant that everything he saw was red and his body felt a heavy burden. The human adoptive father (Fent, who had gone on adventures in the past) immediately asked a friend who worked for money, Gran, to get information, and later discovered that squinting can avoid curses. And his friend Gran hired him to kill Fente and Tofi. Fente allowed Tofi to escape successfully and held Gran back. Later, because of Tofi's race, he discovered that Tofi was not a priest (Tofi also found out later), so he arrested his adoptive father for trial, and his whereabouts were unknown (he finally escaped successfully). Tofi followed his adoptive father's last words and went to live in seclusion on the third floor. When he was eleven years old, he met two traveler children, Xiao Cilin and Valin. In the end, the traveler successfully found his relatives. But Tofi knew a secret of this world, so he walked out of this world in a certain way, and fell into the modern world from this tornado.
