Shitou and his younger brother are dependent on each other. Their parents died one after another. Shitou lives alone with his younger brother. He accidentally gets a superpower, but uses it to collect rags. An urban superpower who has superpowers but doesn't care about them and just wants to live a stable life with his brother is living a daily life.
