I Can Open the Eight Gates at Will, So Why Was I Kicked Out of the Village?

The age of ninjas has arrived. Everyone can form contracts with ninjutsu from Naruto according to their innate talent.

Ye Chen possessed the strongest talent and became the pride of his village. He founded the Village of Fire. A goddess from Xia Country who had contracted with Wood Release came to him, claiming her ancestral home was also the Village of Fire. She wanted to return to her roots and become one of its members.

Many other prodigies came to curry favor with him, hoping to join the Village of Fire. They believed it would become the greatest ninja village of the future.

When Ye Chen took part in the contract ceremony, everyone assumed he would contract with the ninjutsu of the Sage of Six Paths.

But Ye Chen entered the Taijutsu Space instead. He alone possessed a special trait: he could use any form of taijutsu without side effects. And with his supreme talent, he could contract with one ninja's taijutsu and choose one additional technique.

So Ye Chen chose Might Guy's Eight Gates Released Formation, then picked another powerful technique, Heavy Particle Mode.

When the whole village found out, they were utterly disgusted:

“You have the strongest talent, yet you chose taijutsu? You're bringing shame on the Village of Fire! You're a disgrace to the whole village!”

The goddess of Xia Country said, “You're no longer fit to be the village chief. I'm the chief now. Get out of the village!”
