Losing My Way to the Top: My Boss Only Wants Me to Fail

My name is Lin Xing, and I'm a failed novelist.

I just awakened the Novel Treasury System, but to unlock it, I have to become a story development director at an entertainment company.

Unfortunately, my boss Tang Shiyao, who signed me, has a rebate system: whenever she invests in me and loses money, she gets ten times her investment back.

So she does everything she can to make me flop, but I keep bringing works like The Ordinary Man's Path to Immortality, Journey to the West, and Dream of the Red Chamber into other worlds, one after another.

Watching the sales climb higher and higher, Tang Shiyao's head began to buzz.

"Weren't you supposed to flop? How did you become popular again?"
