Initiators: Su Zhen (Party A/girlfriend), Gu Nianyun (Party B/best friend and business partner)

Project Lead: Gu Nianyun

Result: An adorable set of twins, a boy and a girl, successfully delivered.

Major Incident: The target father, He Yun, discovered the project by accident and forced his way in!

Current Status: Party A and Party B have been forced to form a “joint operations team” with He Yun, the “original manufacturer’s engineer,” providing round-the-clock care for the babies.

Challenges: Ever-changing needs (the babies’ crying), coordinating resources (who gets up for the midnight feeding), and complicated team relationships (ex, best friend, and dad).

Goal: Keep the project (the babies) healthy and thriving amid the chaotic day-to-day operations, while... dealing with increasingly complicated “team-building” issues? This unplanned “parenting KPI” is giving all three a headache...
