The Cosmic Game Designer

“Have you heard? Blue Star's strongest expert hit a bottleneck while practicing his evolution technique. Then he played Battle Through the Heavens for three days and three nights, and actually broke through!”

“That's insane! Blue Star's prodigy squad livestreamed a speedrun of the Misty Cloud Sect dungeon. The second-phase cutscene had barely ended when they heard someone say, ‘Insects!’ The whole team got wiped before they even saw the boss!”

“Blue Star's second-strongest expert fell into a depression after clearing the Misty Cloud Sect dungeon. Lei Tiannan swore he'd seal off his heart and never love again! Was it a distortion of human nature, or a collapse of morality? Let's explore the inner world of this powerful expert...”

“Mr. Lei Tiannan, hello... Yun Zhi, my Yun Zhi! If I spare the Misty Cloud Sect, I betray my teacher. If I don't spare it, I betray you. This question is too hard. I can't do it, I can't! It's too! Hard!”

“Battle Through the Heavens map update: the new version, ‘Turbulence in Zhongzhou.’ Whether you used to be a famous Dou Huang or a Dou Zong who could throw his weight around in the Northwest, in Zhongzhou, even dragons have to keep their heads down and tigers have to lie low. Want to know why? Zhongzhou is crawling with experts. Dou Shengs are everywhere, and Dou Zuns are worth less than dogs!”

“They hyped Dou Huangs up as gods in the early game, then had Dou Zongs guarding the gates in the late game. I spent over half a year grinding just to walk on air. Before I even got the chance to show off, you're telling me the game version updated and my character got nerfed into the ground?”

Watching the thriving scene around him, Lu Wen quietly logged out of Blue Star's “local network,” then connected to the “Virtual Universe Network”!

The closed beta was over. Now it was time to give the myriad races of the universe a little taste of fantasy's power!

Battle Through the Heavens 2.0, released!
