The Phantom City of a Certain Crossover Anime

The amnesiac boy wakes on a rooftop and gazes out over the city. The world seems like a dream. Jujutsu sorcerers, onmyoji, exorcists, mediums, rulers, psychics, shrine maidens, espers, yokai, cursed spirits, magicians, the Church, yakuza, superpowered individuals, martial artists. Before him lies the ultimate hidden world, forged from countless planes. “Good thing I know a little ninjutsu, too.” Bai Shi Lin says calmly as the scarlet tomoe in his eyes spin rapidly. This is the story of a boy who can freely use ninjutsu and kekkei genkai as he seeks the truth of the world in a fantastical city blending countless anime universes. (A crossover world featuring many series; the settings and timelines of some works have been adjusted accordingly.)
