Opal's lich power comes from the realm of the void, which causes Opal's lich profession to rely more on his superpowers. His lich is different from other fantasy lichs in that it is not similar to negative energy controlling the dead, death aura driving spells, fear aura affecting hostile life, or an immortal body holding the power of the King of the Undead, but more similar to the state of wandering between death and life.
