Walking Tour with Classmate Tang: Travel Notes on the North Bund

Shanghai, the Pearl of the East, always attracts tourists from all over the world with its unique charm. As a student who has lived in Shanghai for 24 years and whose ancestors have lived in Shanghai for four generations, I am full of curiosity about every corner of this city. In July 2024, I was fortunate to participate in an activity to re-learn Chinese studies at Jiangnan Academy. Here, I met Miss Tang from Jiangnan University, a friend who is equally passionate about the history and culture of Chinese studies. On October 5th, we decided to explore the beautiful scenery of Shanghai's North Bund together and experience the blend of history and modernity in this city.
