The Famine Apocalypse: The Chef Lord

Kelei accidentally transmigrates into the real game world of Endless Hunger.

Just then, the king begins selecting people with the potential to become lords and sending them to claim new territory.

After failing the test of his power to command, he refuses to accept a soul contract that would make him a slave, so he is assigned to the Eternal Wasteland, a place with few copper and iron ore deposits and meager food resources.

Fortunately, he has a cooking panel that lets him turn a tiny amount of ingredients into the largest possible quantity of finished food, which he uses to tame the creatures of the wilderness.

While other lords are still building little wooden huts, Kelei has already built an aboveground fortress and an underground shelter.

While other lords are barely making ends meet, Kelei has already stockpiled food and started training and promoting new recruits.

Who says pigmen are worse than the living? Who says you can’t be a lord without the power to command?

When the lords who covet him are stopped by pigman guards, they’re stunned to discover that every pigman is wearing an amulet made of rubies and gold.

“Blood Gems? What Blood Gems?”

“Step back. This is our territory!”
