Lin En is adopted by George and Mary Stacy after transmigrating to the Marvel Universe. After graduating from college, he joins the New York FBI. He thinks he has no golden finger in this life, but at eighteen, he awakens a Favorability System. Treating people kindly earns him gifts and lets him obtain abilities. Killing people who have negative feelings toward him can also yield a wealth of “inheritances.” After Gwen is bitten by a spider and becomes Spider-Woman, Lin En gains Spider-Sense. When Thor arrives on Earth, Lin En obtains the power of thunder. Chaos Magic, the Phoenix Force, an eternal body, Cosmic Energy... Lin En has practically become the most powerful god in the universe. Lin En checks the favorability scores displayed by the System, then looks at the superheroes before him. “Well, you know I’ve always liked being kind to people. If you don’t think so...” Tony Stark: “Right, right, I can vouch for that. Lin En loves being kind to people... Wait, where’s my whole suit of armor?” Captain America: “Director Lin En is an upright and great superhero, a role model for us all.” Thor: “I like this powerful fellow. Wait... how does he have the power of thunder?” Gwen/Wanda, in unison: “Why are you in Lin En’s bed?” Hydra: “Right, right... You’re kind to people, secretly join us, then turn around and sell us out, making us help you count the money.” Lin En: “Ah, it feels great to have friends throughout the universe.” Thanos, the Celestials, the Five Cosmic Entities: “...Pah!”
