Dragon Ball Rice

Please read it~ Please, this is really important🙏 By the way, I also put some random thoughts about Dragon Ball here. Insert a picture to mark the dividing line (Picture source: Bilibili@Fat Dad Pixel Research Institute) When I was a child, my impression of Dragon Ball basically consisted of the decisive battle with Demon King Piccolo, participating in the world's best martial arts club, and Goku and Chi-Chi's marriage. Although I vaguely knew at the time that Goku would grow up and have children, I was never interested in watching Dragon Ball Z at that time. Until I was in junior high school, I once visited a bookstore and read Dragon Ball at a comic booth... Damn it! It's so ridiculous! Coming from Raditz, fighting the five scum, killing two in a row with the magic light... To be honest, when I was watching the coming of the Saiyans, I really felt like a person with no knowledge of Chinese history, watching Guan Yu walking around Maicheng in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms. Is the fighting power higher than Wukong? Haha, it's okay, the invincible Wukong will defeat this stupid brother... Huh? You actually have to team up with Piccolo to fight this guy... It's kind of interesting... Wait? What's the situation, we actually want to die together?? Nima author, what are you doing!! The invincible Sun Wukong actually died??! In the back, I was chewing gum and standing in a bookstore reading Dragon Ball comics... I couldn't stop at all! My cheeks hurt from chewing this gum for a week... Later, I saw Goku riding a gravity chamber spaceship to the planet Namek, practicing like crazy near death, which made my blood boil. From then on, I kept the habit of exercising every day. From the beginning, I couldn't even do a single push-up and had to lean against the wall, and then I went to the gym to lift irons... Many years passed by, and after I got married, many of my previous hobbies seemed to be linked together. However, I still did daily exercises such as lifting irons, and I still watched animations, but I always seemed to be less energetic than before. On March 8, 2024, I suddenly heard the sad news of the death of Akira Toriyama-sensei... To be honest, at that time, I was just shocked and a little unbelievable... About two days later, I happened to be watching "Furien Buried" at the time and saw the protagonist fighting against each other. Aura... Hidden magic... Hidden power that demons don't understand... Frilian's magical power explodes... Brave... Dragon Quest... Frilian... German for freeze... Frieza... Innocent little blowing kiss... My mind was really buzzing at that time... The memory of watching Dragon Ball was suddenly awakened! I felt like I was in a trance... The person who drew this work is no longer here... Then I had the urge to write something. There are actually many places where Dragon Ball can dig deeper. When it comes to sewing, Longzhu itself is a highly compatible sewing template! Thank you Toriyama Akira and all the passionate creators. Thank you for creating one magnificent fantasy world after another! I hope friends who read this book will enjoy reading it🥳 Working hard to build the story framework, I hope everyone can experience the feeling of visiting an amusement park during the reading process! (Picture source: Bilibili@Fat Dad Pixel Research Institute) Everyone who can see here is half-brother. Here, the author has to confess: I extremely respect the settings of the original Dragon Ball and various derivative fan fiction. Every setting, whether it is the original work or a second creation by a fan, is full of the creator's thinking, hoping to make the entire world view richer and more interesting, making the story fuller, more interesting, and more powerful and lasting (crossed out) Dragon Ball itself has the architectural foundation of multiverse parallel time and space, which has given it unlimited expansion possibilities. As a Dragon Ball fan for many years, I guarantee to my family: The final traceability of the relevant secondary creations involved in this article are based on the world view of Dragon Ball itself. What if... As for when and where all these ifs originated, where the divergence of the world line occurred... Probably... Maybe it should be found out within a month after the protagonist travels back to this world. Also, I need to warn all readers. In the Earth chapter in the early part of this book, you will see many things that are different from the base of the Earth in the original work. As a fan fiction, this sense of strangeness can only be said to have pros and cons. In any case, I hope this amusement park-style road exploration story journey in the early stage will suit your taste ~ Have fun during the reading journey (ps: Bulma in this book is very playable)

If you don't want a harem, you can! Portara earrings combine all the heroines and heroines into one, isn't it a single heroine? Hey-hey! 😏

Nowadays, the content is too complicated, with all kinds of elements crammed into it... I'm looking at Dragon Ball fanfics, right?

It's so strange, why did the Star Dome Railway appear? It's obviously a hodgepodge of Dragon Ball anime, but it doesn't feel like it matches!

... How did you manage to cram 30 characters into 47 chapters?!

There is a very interesting thing about "Dragon Ball" - in the era of Little Goku, the average person was round and round, but in the era of Dragon Ball Z, it gradually transformed into handsome muscles like sharp knives. This kind of contrast is rare in other works. I leave it here. Anyone who has watched "Dragon Ball" must have longed for muscles like armor at some point in their lives. I believe that the big guys who have knowledge in this area must also know that there is a golden rule in the field of fitness-30% training, 70% food. Friends who have read the text of the novel must also be able to guess the connotation of this golden finger. Take this opportunity to share some knowledge in the book circle. By the way, you can make use of the search function of Book Friends Circle, such as searching for [Vegeta]. You will receive various memes or wallpapers. Looking up at the trailing clouds, Yang Changlin. Fitness and Nutrition Book: Making Muscle Gaining and Fat Loss Simple [M]. People's Medical Publishing House, 2020. 1.1 If you can train but not eat, everything is zero/Why don't you exercise? Effects Many people feel very distressed when their fitness is ineffective. They cannot lose weight or gain muscle. So they try every means to find problems in their exercise training, or they just increase the amount of exercise training regardless of their efforts. However, they still have little effect. Some people even overtrain because of this. In fact, most people's ineffectiveness in fitness is often due to nutritional problems. When it comes to fitness, exercise and training are relatively simple, while diet and nutrition are very complex. This may not be what most people expect, but it is true. People are accustomed to attaching importance to exercise and training, and tend to ignore the importance of nutrition. This is because exercise and training are intuitive and obvious, while diet and nutrition are a bit like "internal strength" and cannot be seen at a glance. For example, when it comes to fitness, the first thing people think of is sweaty training in the gym, or tireless running on the track. Few people can think of scientific and reasonable planning on how to eat. But let's think about it, whether we are losing fat or gaining muscle, we just want to have less fat or more muscle. This is changing the internal composition of the body. The thing that has the greatest relationship with body composition is, of course, diet. Take fat loss as an example. Obese people store too much fat, which is fundamentally caused by excessive caloric intake. Basically, it can be thought that obesity comes from eating. Less activity and no exercise may contribute to the formation of fat, but in the end it is only a secondary factor in obesity. Therefore, when losing fat, you may feel that exercise is very hard, but if your dietary intake is not well controlled (unreasonable diet structure or excessive caloric intake), then it is very likely that the body fat rate will not be reduced. Some studies have indeed found that the fat loss effect of just exercising without diet control is often very weak, or even no fat loss effect can be seen. The reason is that the caloric consumption of exercise is always too limited. A medium-sized woman can only consume about 300kcal by jogging for one hour. It is too easy to obtain calories through diet. After working hard for a long time, if we eat an extra piece of dessert, our exercise may be "in vain." In addition, sometimes exercise will increase people's appetite. Although exercise consumes some calories, the increased appetite will make people eat more or be less healthy, offsetting the calorie consumption of exercise. Research has found that there are indeed so-called "compensator" individuals among the population. When their body fat is reduced and the body's material balance is broken, the body hopes to maintain balance and will make them eat more by increasing their appetite to replenish the consumed fat and return to the original steady state. Finally, sometimes people will feel more tired after exercising, which leads to a reduction in daily activities. This reduced caloric consumption will offset the increased caloric consumption of exercise to a certain extent, which also has a negative impact on weight loss. In short, without effective diet control and just relying on exercise to lose weight, the effect is likely to be unsatisfactory. To lose weight, the first thing is to "be able to eat". And building muscle is a matter that is highly dependent on nutrition. The three most critical macronutrients are- Protein, carbohydrates, and fat! This is the three famous schools of nutrition!!! Protein We use the simplest logic to think, without bricks, it is impossible to build a building. To gain muscle means to increase the body's muscles, so there must be materials to synthesize more muscles, and the main material for synthesizing muscle dry matter is protein. We certainly can't build new, more muscle without enough protein. Of course, there are also some irresponsible popular science books that claim that muscle gainers only need to eat a little extra protein every day to meet their muscle gain needs. In fact, such views have long been proven to be baseless pseudoscience. There are a large number of studies on strength training athletes or bodybuilders, whether through nitrogen balance methods or tracer technology studies, it has been clear that if trainers want to maximize muscle growth, they need to consume a larger amount of protein than ordinary people. Moreover, if you want to achieve good muscle-building effects, just eating enough protein is not enough. The type of protein consumed, the ratio of essential amino acids, and the timing of protein intake will all affect the muscle-building effect. When it comes to building muscle, just "how to eat protein" is very complex and a systematic knowledge system. Carbohydrates Carbohydrates are our main source of energy. Muscle-building training requires a lot of energy. At this time, the energy provided by fat cannot be used for muscle-building training, so we have to rely on carbohydrates. Moreover, if carbohydrate intake is significantly insufficient, the body's hormonal environment will also become unfavorable for muscle protein synthesis, but conducive to muscle protein breakdown. For example, the level of cortisol, which dominates catabolism, will increase. When building muscle, at a special time point, there are also special requirements for the glycemic index after ingesting carbohydrates. In short, the "doorway" to carbohydrate nutrition for muscle growth is also very complicated. Fat Finally, look at fat. The ideal hormonal environment needed to build muscle depends on the support of dietary nutrition, in which fat plays a very important role. For example, if the fat intake in the daily diet is too low, especially if the content of saturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids is too low, testosterone levels will decrease. Some data say it can drop by up to 20%. We all know that testosterone is the most important anabolic hormone for building muscle. This is just a very simple summary of the relationship between these three nutrients, protein, carbohydrates, and fat, and muscle growth. From the perspective of dietary nutrition, these three nutrients affect the muscle-building effect far more than just these three nutrients. Many vitamins and minerals are closely related to the muscle-building effect. In a word, if you know how to practice without eating, it is almost impossible to achieve good fat loss and muscle gain effects. From a certain perspective, a good figure is not only achieved by training, but also "eat".

Evaluation, among all the Dragon Ball novels, you are considered to be a very well-written one. You are the taller among the short ones. Good work, author. I like it very much 😍😍😍

Dragon Ball Rice? The name and the cover make me think this meal is not serious, brother. Could it be the legendary rice bowl?!

Author, I have a suggestion: leave all female enemies to Bulma to deal with in the future, because - I like to watch women fight the most!
