Promising New Reads and Comforting Favorites to Beat a Reading Slump
Finding promising new authors and fresh stories, with no word-count limit. I judge the writing, not the length. Quality comes first here. I welcome entertaining power fantasies, imaginative System novels, and humorous urban stories with plenty of wish fulfillment and a bit of harem romance. I also enjoy the paranormal, detective stories, and mysteries. New authors, when recommending your book, just mention its strengths and weaknesses. I'll take a look when I have time. The author is actually very good at writing, but the reason why he is not popular is because he always writes things that are beyond the protagonist's ability. What happens is always N levels beyond the protagonist, and the protagonist is not qualified to watch. It is strange that this is popular.
The overall writing is good, but the map is too large and seriously inconsistent with the protagonist's level. Phantom Sect, Holy Land, Immortal Alliance, Immortal King. The boss gets bigger and bigger, and in the blink of an eye, the protagonist is still an ant. It's all about upgrading and changing maps. If you become invincible on one map, you can write some exciting plots. Change the map again. What's the point of always changing maps without upgrading? It feels a bit abusive.
The background design and plot are very good, but the levels where big events happen every time are too far away from the protagonist. For example, it is as if the protagonist is still in the realm of gods, and a world war has occurred. A bunch of Mahayana are fighting for their own purposes. The protagonist can only watch from the side, and is not even qualified to watch. He can only fight from various directions after the fact. Listen to what happened, but the protagonist entered the eyes of the high-level officials too early, and had no control over his own destiny and life. They could kill the protagonist casually without the help of the most powerful men. This is very frustrating. If the protagonist is developed earlier and participates in the development of major events, the overall impression can be better.
Reading other novels: "Can this be tolerated?" Read this novel: "Is there such a big hatred"?
I think the writing in the beginning is very good, but in the end, the practice is all about serving oneself at the expense of heaven and energy conservation. Isn't there a transcendent process of feeding back to the world? Or is it that in the end of practice, you can't make something out of nothing, reduce and seek emptiness? I hope that practice will not always be about seeking from the outside, but can have a process of seeking inward. Of course, this is just a suggestion of mine. The author can take it as a reference.
If you can write, tell everyone as soon as possible. If you can't, tell everyone early. One chapter will be added in a few days. Who the hell will be watching over you every day?
Very good, people are full now, which path does the author take? A giant of immortality or a humane dragon court? For the sake of a small selfishness at the bottom, I hope the author will take the humanistic path to gather people, and lead the rise of martial arts to overthrow those high-ranking immortal worms. Life is already so difficult. If you read a novel and it turns out to be just a bunch of super worms in the immortal world, no matter how great and upright it is, it really won't make you feel good. It's better to kill all living beings and create a bright and prosperous world.
If you don't look carefully, you'll be confused.
1 Taixuan Holy Land has been closed for ten thousand years. Since there is no one left as an elder, there will be no disciples for ten thousand years. How did this elder come to be? 2 The protagonist relies entirely on his peers to support him, and he feels like he is just wandering around casually. If he encounters a problem that cannot be solved, God must have a helping hand.
Everything else is good, except that the female protagonist is boring. The female protagonist has no independent personality of her own. She cultivates everything for the male protagonist. Such novels about immortality cannot be about husband and wife. They should be about lovers. They must have independent personalities. Both parties should know each other and become a Taoist couple in order to pursue the Tao.
The story is well written, but the protagonist has been running for his life and watching. With such talent and golden fingers, it feels really difficult to survive in this world.
