Your Majesty, Hear the Verdict from the Courtroom

As a legal professional, even after transmigrating to an immortal realm, I must stay true to my principles and keep moving forward.

So I have decided: I will wield the sword of law to cut down evil, and use the scales of justice to judge right and wrong.

When peace reigns across the land and everyone cultivates immortality by the law,

the empress kneels in her bedchamber, hands bound behind her back and eyes covered in black silk. Startled yet delighted, she asks, “Judge Xu, are you putting me on trial? Is there any justice left? Any law?”

I raise my oil-soaked whip with one hand and bring down the courtroom block with the other. “Heh heh, Your Majesty, please listen to the verdict from the dock!”

As for the judgment... did you think you could hear it for free??
