The Secret Sequence Melody

An ancient saying goes: One gives rise to two, two gives rise to three, and three gives rise to all things. All species on Earth also share a single ancestor, and the genes of every living thing are governed by the laws of genetic sequences.

But one day, humans learn how to manipulate genetic instructions with technology and alter the forms of life at will. They face a disaster of genetic backlash: people become less than human, things become less than things, and all life stands on the brink of extinction.

Can life survive this catastrophe? Then, from within the genes, a mysterious sequence suddenly stirs and begins to sing.
