Is Being a School Doctor Easy? Have You Heard of Fragile College Students?

If you use a plot to write a novel, it will either end badly or not be perfect.

There are more than 300 pictures, and the students in the university are not finished yet.

I testify College students can't tell the difference between aunt pain and appendix pain

I write one joke from beginning to end, probably because I want to make fun of the crispy college students, and that my medical skills are no worse than those of doctors in the hospital. The contrast is a selling point But the question is whether there are such people. There are so many across the country. It is too unreasonable to have so many Crouching Dragons and Phoenix chicks in one school now The number of patients is so large that the protagonist in the book even doubts Feng Shui. One day, several seriously ill patients are even about to be hung up on the ambulance. They haven't arrived yet. The ambulance is about to die, and then the main character Kamui, who is flying again, even has to violate the relevant rules I even heard from other readers that only 4 days have passed in the plot when there are more than 300 chapters Some people say that this book is biased towards light-heartedness, but with such a dense patient population and such a heavy workload, I can't see how it is relaxing.

Identification of critical illness and pre-hospital first aid Final assignment Introduction: Chest pain is a symptom with a vague description that may indicate serious cardiovascular or pulmonary disease and is easily underestimated. The causes of chest pain are complex and diverse. If not treated in time, the best opportunity for treatment may be missed. , Chest pain mainly refers to pain and discomfort in the chest area, often manifesting as dull pain, tightness, burning sensation, pinprick-like pain, squeezing sensation, tearing-like pain, knife-like pain, etc. The location generally refers to the range from the neck to the lower end of the thorax, and sometimes can radiate to the maxillofacial area, teeth and throat, shoulders and back, upper limbs or upper abdomen [1]. Nowadays, under the modern and high-intensity pace of life, many young people have also developed cardiovascular diseases, and many cardiovascular diseases have a trend of getting younger. Therefore, some young people become disoriented when talking about chest pain, thinking that chest pain means serious cardiovascular disease, and that mild chest pain is too stressful. However, some elderly people have insufficient awareness of this and mistakenly believe that such symptoms can be relieved by taking a good rest, which makes the symptoms more serious and leads to sudden death. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the education work to the general public so that they can correctly understand and deal with chest pain. Keywords: chest pain; emergency treatment; symptoms 1 Fatal chest pain Cardiovascular Acute coronary syndrome Symptoms The main manifestations are compressive, tight, knife-like, heavy pain in the precordium, which can radiate to the neck, mandible, shoulder, left arm or other parts. Angina lasts for 3-5 minutes, accompanied by chest tightness, difficulty breathing, and profuse sweating. After myocardial infarction, symptoms such as cyanosis, cold hands and feet, fainting or shock may occur. Cause of disease When the cardiovascular system, especially the coronary arteries, is excessively narrowed (<=50%) due to congenital, hereditary or hyperlipidemia, under the influence of stimulating factors, the blood supply to the myocardium is severely insufficient, and the myocardium is damaged, thereby causing myocardial infarction. Emergency measures: Stop immediately and remove yourself from the irritating factor, rest in a quiet place, take Suxiao Jiuxin Pills under the tongue. If the symptoms are serious, please call 120 for emergency treatment Rupture of aortic dissection 1.1.2.1 Symptoms The pain can extend from the chest to the abdomen at a variable distance, and is mainly closely related to the site of the lumen tear. It is often accompanied by shock symptoms such as irritability, pale face, sweating, and cold limbs. 1.1.2.2 Causes of the disease Under the action of external factors, the aortic intima is torn, and blood enters the middle layer of the aortic wall from the intimal tear, causing the middle layer of the aorta to separate along the long axis, thus causing the aortic lumen to present a pathological state of true and false lumen. 1.1.2.3 Emergency measures Aortic dissection is a dangerous disease with a very high fatality rate. If aortic dissection occurs, you should avoid any movement of the limbs, forced breathing, drinking large amounts of water, and other actions that may increase blood pressure. Call emergency services. Pulmonary embolism 1.2.1 Main symptoms Difficulty breathing, chest pain, and hemoptysis. The pain is mainly manifested as persistent pleuritic chest pain. In severe cases, there is restlessness, a sense of dying, and even syncope or loss of consciousness. In many cases, there are no typical symptoms and signs. Most patients may only experience chest tightness, breathlessness, coughing and other symptoms. Among them, unexplained breathlessness and breathlessness are the most easily ignored. For such high-risk groups, if they experience swollen feet, unexplained chest tightness, shortness of breath, hemoptysis, or sudden syncope, they should go to the hospital as soon as possible [1]. 1.2.2 Causes of the disease Endogenous or exogenous emboli block the pulmonary artery, causing pulmonary circulation and right heart dysfunction. Thrombosis may be caused by poor blood flow in the lower limbs when sitting or standing for a long time, or other pathological reasons Myocarditis 1.3.1 Symptoms After the cold gets better, you may experience palpitation, chest tightness, chest pain, and occasionally feel your heart "stop". Physical activity or emotional excitement can aggravate the symptoms, and even cause symptoms such as syncope and shock. 2 It is not fatal but requires medical examination 2.1 Herpes Zoster Chickenpox - Herpes zoster virus infection may cause chest pain. There may not be a rash in the early stage, but after a period of time, herpes may develop and be distributed in a band along the rib space. Therefore, we should get vaccinated against shingles as early as possible. 2.2 Fracture Elderly people with osteoporosis may suffer rib fractures due to sneezing, and other trauma may also cause rib and sternum fractures. The pain of this type of fracture increases when you inhale and decreases when you exhale. After a fracture, strenuous exercise, emotional excitement, etc. Should be avoided. 2.3 Digestive system Diseases of the esophagus, liver, and gallbladder may cause chest pain. 3 Prevention 3.1 Prevention of cardiovascular and pulmonary vascular diseases We should develop healthy behavioral habits in our daily life, do not smoke and try to avoid inhaling second-hand smoke, do not drink alcohol, control the intake of high-calorie foods such as fat and carbohydrates, low in oil and sugar, eat more fruits, and have a healthy diet. Monitor common indicators such as blood pressure, heart rate, and weight frequently. Sustained abnormalities in blood pressure and heart rate require attention and timely examination and diagnosis. Perform physical examinations on time and pay attention to the electrocardiogram results. If you have high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, or hyperglycemia, they should be controlled in time with drugs. If you have cardiovascular disease before, you need to pay more attention to it and carry emergency medicine with you. Certain drugs and foods may have the effect of changing blood pressure and heart rate. Do not consume excessive amounts of such foods and drugs. Some drugs may have adverse effects on the cardiovascular system and should be taken as directed by your doctor. During physical exercise, appropriate exercise time and intensity should be selected. For people who are physically weak, heavy physical labor should be avoided as much as possible. References: [1] Maibo. How much do you know about chest pain? [N]. Well, it's from Chuangshi. I wonder why it was put on the shelves so quickly.

To be honest, I can't stand it. . . Continuously repeating the same stupid events, obscuring the real emergency, and constantly extending other stupid things. . . The author should at least consider people's aesthetic fatigue. . .

I'm sick too intensively. I look tired. I don't have any adjustments at all. Apart from seeing a doctor, I just see a doctor. I can't see anymore. I'm tired.

This novel has one hundred and thirty chapters, and the second day has not passed yet. 😐😐😐

University students from all over the country who have saved their lives for more than ten years gathered together to participate in this grand event.
