I Am an Immortal in a Garden

Three thousand years after the Common Era, the shadow of the Abyss of Hidden Consciousness spilled into the real world, transforming the material realm as humanity knew it. Five hundred years ago, Wufou, the first immortal in the human world, descended. After witnessing the ancient ruins of Penglai Immortal Island within the Abyss of Hidden Consciousness, he founded the first immortal garden of humankind, the Penglai Domain, to protect all living beings. Three hundred years ago, Wufou’s former disciple, the strange immortal Guitaozi, forged a different path. Drawing on the might of the Abyss of Hidden Consciousness, he shaped a garden from his heart and created the first strange garden of humankind, the Great Wilderness Domain, offering shelter to the homeless. A hundred years ago, cultivators from the immortal and strange gardens fought on the Endless Wasteland, triggering a disturbance in the Abyss of Hidden Consciousness and bringing calamity upon all living beings. Faced with disaster, Wufou and the strange immortal Guitaozi put aside their differences and joined forces to strike at the Abyss of Hidden Consciousness, allowing humanity to cling to survival. Now, the Penglai Domain is being rebuilt, the Great Wilderness Domain is flourishing, and the Abyss of Hidden Consciousness continues to expand its reach. And I, Zhang Yu, have come to this world.
