A Battle of Wits

Liangxiaocun is the author's hometown. The author came out to work in 2000 and never returned for a long time! In the middle, my father died and my uncle died. I only went back to stay for a few days; after that, I rarely went back; the occasional trip back was just like a dragonfly's drop in the water. But every bit of the village's past has never been forgotten—just like the string of a kite is concerned about its wanderer! Tonight, it was unusual. In addition to teaching me to be an upright person, it actually put down its noble figure and asked me to spread its reputation. Just because it not only watched me grow up, but also knew my real life. It knew that I had a dream of being a writer when I was young. It also knew that after working outside for many years, I had never forgotten to build the wall of my dream of being a writer like a mason building a wall!
